Representation Through Humiliation

Headline Scan

Most papers running headlines on Robert Blake's acquittal of his wife's murder. In the printed world and elsewhere, his facial expressions during the announcement that he was innocent (I'm sure there's some legal mumbo jumbo word for that, the first one to tell me what it is in the comments box will recieve my personal congratulations and a link in tommorow's post.)I watched the broadcast live, and I've got to say, I'm glad they let him go. This trial has been overshadowed by MJ's and Petersen's legal expidentures, but Blake seems innocent enought to me.

Otherwise, a ton of March Madness coverage. And of course, it is St. Pattie's day, so many-a human interest piece can be expected on that front.
